Injuries and Insurance
If any player or coach sustains an injury performing any Club activity, playing or coaching for Kingston Blues, you will need to notify the club of your injury by filling in an injury report form and send it to our Support Officer at support@kingstonblues.org.au
You can use the injury report form in support of any insurance claim you may need to lodge through the Netball Tasmania insurance providers. Medical Clearances
After you have a sustained an injury, either on or off the court, that may be aggravated or worsened by playing netball we will need a medical clearance from a doctor before you can take the court to play for Blues.
